I think the doctor gave him the wrong dose, if he did it deliberately he would not have stayed around to give him CPR which you can hear him doing in the back ground on the 911 call. Whether it was actually the wrong dose or the right dose but Jacksons heart could not take it anymore I think it was something to do with the injection but I don't think it done on purpose to harm him.
The Doctor is willing to talk to police so I would imagine yesterday he did something very sensible in the US, ran off to talk to a lawyer.
If he had died at home and gone straight to the coroners I could see how it could be a hoax by him to get away from his debts and live a quiet life on a desert island somewhere but he was seen by so many doctors and nurses at the hospital it just does not seem possible they all were in on it or that the body was someone else.

S'ok - The ZBC just mentioned and said it was an unconfirmed rumour and the LAPD have confirmed they know his whereabouts.

Jackson won't go without any controversy will he :)

Crikey. I suppose that's the gamble of investing money. They could have millions so I suppose that's the risk they decided to take.

I bet these peeps are pissed off though ....

However, fans who bought tickets through internet auction websites like eBay, where some paid thousands of pounds to touts, will not get their money back.

"It's a risk we're willing to take to bring the King of Pop to his fans," Mr Phillips said, insisting Jackson had passed a thorough medical "with flying colours". AEG declined to comment yesterday.

It's a matter of record that he has been on painkillers and anti-depressants for years (ever since his hair caught fire doing the Pepsi advert). I can't imagine he ate healthily, so something's got to give. Surely you don't have a live-in doctor if you're in good health, even if your name's Michael Jackson!
I just can't believe BS like this. No wonder AEG declined to comment!

I wonder if MJ had backed out of his 02 concerts, who would they have sued? MJ has no money (relatively speaking), so he was potentially in a very tight corner if he didn't turn up...

BBC just reporting the police have the doctor and have impounded his car, in case of any evidence. But it may take 6 weeks for a toxicology report.

Also reporting that Lisa Marie Presley, is claiming that Jacko knew he was dying.

This story will be around for a long time yet.

From what I have read and the fact that the doctor was heard in the background I think this is a good possibility. One of the enquiry leads has confirmed the doctor did not go missing as such. If he was there when Jackson died - and having heard the 911 call it seems he was - I think consulting a lawyer was very wise. Jackson was lying on the bed which I guess is consistent with just having had some kind of medical attention. The guy who called 911 (how polite was he?) said the doctor had been alone with MJ when it happened.

The nanny's tale -

http://entertainment.timesonline.co.uk/ ... 591237.ece

She paints a grim picture of Jackson, sometimes penniless but deluded about his “riches”, leading a nomadic life, moving from country to country and hotel to hotel, before allegedly falling under the increasing influence of the Nation of Islam, the extremist sect.

Jackson is believed to have been taking up to eight different drugs a day, including three narcotic painkillers. Rwaramba, who is expected to be interviewed by detectives about whether she helped administer the drugs, said: “I had to pump his stomach many times. He always mixed so much of it.

There's no doubt that Jacko's body was fucked up by years of addiction to various drugs.

I heard Jackson told the company who promoted his gigs to hire the doctor. Also he seemed to be involved with a sect called "Cult of Islam".
I watched a bit of the TOTP2 show last night, reminded me how good some of his music was. RIP :(
We shall not see his like again.

So far as reports go re: Michael's personal doctor being interviewed by the police, I would think that that was pretty standard practice as the coroner's office/officers serve/are part of the police (in the UK anyway, I'm presuming that it's a similar set-up in the US).

For instance, when my OH died I had the local Coroner's officer pay several visits to myself, but it was all to do with fact-finding/gathering info :( - as well as providing support for myself.

I do find it strange/perhaps ironic that Michael may have died through contributory factors such as prescription drug misuse, given that he was so careful with his health in other ways, eg. wearing scarves/masks over his mouth when outdoors, and having parasols/umbrellas protect his skin from daylight etc :hmmm: .

sorry to hear about your OH :(
I think the mask was to cover his nose after it fell apart more than health risks ...I read they used to pad it out with putty type stuff ,...but its strange the whole thing feels wrong somehow .

Thanks annie, don't think we've met before? Nice to meet you  .

Yep - you could have a point there about the mask, 'tis all still very strange to me though :hmmm: .

I'm usually the last one to speculate on such things, but something just doesn't sit right here with me, and I suspect that there could perhaps be more to this, I do hope that I am proved wrong though :hmmm: .

*keeps theory to self for fear of causing/spreading rumours with no fact*

I think a lot of people think like us .....I mean how can they say "no foul play " and then say four to six weeks for the toxicology reports to come through ????
