Gazza had everything to most people thinking, he could/would not look after it and began on a self destruction mission.
I always wanted him to grow up and have a good family life which to me is an asset.
He has thrown away chance after chance and now I believe he will lose his last friends/allies.

I always thought Gazza would have worked in football training our youth which I thought would have been his forte, but no, he is a twack like Besty and Higgins.

What a waste of talent.

Lots of people really don't understand alcoholism,it's a illness treatable to a point but unfortunatly being an addiction it's hard to kick no matter how you look at it.

Gazza is not a cunt.....but i can see why you would think he was the way he acts, but he has mental health problems including OCD and has a drinking problem.....i hope he gets help but i will be surprised if he lives longer than 5 years.......

Gazza cried at Italia 90 because a German feigned injury and got Gazza booked meaning he'd miss the final if England got that far. Thankfully, England don't tend to get that far at World Cups

Personally, he's fucked more than likely. Once you're an alcoholic, you're one for life. He needs to show incredible mental resilience and he just hasn't got that :(

It's a good point. Having smoked for nearly 25 years and giving up in 2006 I can honestly say I can never even smoke one again as I know I'd be back on them gooked again. I can imagine this is no doubt the same for people previously hooked on alcohol. And tobacco is more addictive than alcohol

Another gazza story.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... d-arm.html

I would imagine most of these articles are made up rubbish. A flurry of stories usually means there's something for sale somewhere. A Gazza autobiography perhaps?

Closest he's been to Essex is Tottenham.

He probably needs profeessional help then, having got within a few miles. The stench of addicts reaches as far west as the Sudbury/Wembley area. Best advice is to take off and nuke the whole area from orbit.

:piss:

I can understand your feelings on that Scott...i felt the same about George Best.......but i think
with Cazza its more of an illness than just an addiction that can be controlled.....!!!
Plus with him its not just alcohol but OCD, depression obsessive thoughts
(probably one of my most sensible posts ever)
