Think I half liked his single 'Wired for Sound' a few decades ago, but apart from that - nah.

Scott Nelson wrote:Quite a catchy tune I guess, but he does look hideous in the video wearing shorts and earphones while rollerblading.

I just watched the video to refresh my memory - he seems to be wearing tight leather trousers.

The shorts are probably only in your fantasies about him Scott.

Well, he did make one good record....

Well... fantastic actually but to be fair, its probably more to do with The Shadows providing the best ingredient than Cliff trying to be Elvis.

I would like to comp;ain about the use of "Sir" Cliff Richard.

I would never refer to the arsehole as "Sir". There's no obligation to refer to someone with a title that was applied by some alien Establishment. It implies some kind of recognition or superiority that I didn't give my consent to or agree with.

I liked 'Wired for Sound'. It reminds me of when I was young and Essex Radio was just starting up. Does that make me a bad person?

*Breaks down and sobs*

Of course not :)

I was really into Glam rock in the 70s. As were most of my school mates. we had jo idea that GLitter ( and others probably ) was into underage girls at the time, those sort of things never entered our minds :)

Although I did find out in the early 80s that Tam Paton, the Bay Ciity rollers manager had a penchant for underage little boys.

Move it was a good tune, well still is when you metal it up, but that was down to the shads as said before. Anything after that brings on beigeness and nausia
