Famous films you've never watched ?

I noticed that 'ET - The Extraterrestrial' was on ITV2 earlier and I've never watched it. Just can't be bothered. :)

I've never been able to watch more than 25 minutes of 'Gone with the Wind' - yawn, yawn - seems like the original chick flick to me.

Star Wars - never seen more than ten minutes before fuming "What a pile of poo" and hitting the remote.

I'm sure there are many more that people would be surprised at me not watching.

Which films have you missed out? :):

The only Bond films I've seen are Quantum of Solace and Casino Royale. (Daniel Craig)

I've never seen any other Bond films.

I've never seen a Star Wars film either.

Casablanca

Ilsa: I wasn't sure you were the same. Let's see, the last time we met...
Rick: Was La Belle Aurore.
Ilsa: How nice, you remembered. But of course, that was the day the Germans marched into Paris.
Rick: Not an easy day to forget.
Ilsa: No.
Rick: I remember every detail. The Germans wore gray, you wore blue.

I love that film , the writing/Acting is Superb

Never seen Gone with the Wind

I simply cannot be bothered with a schmaltz-fest that is It's a Wonderful Life.

I enjoyed Top Gun at the time. But Tom Cruise is now a laughing stock, a complete penis, an I can't watch those sort of films anymore.

Romantic Comedies, or what the pretentious now call Rom-Coms. Hideous piles of puke.

They are all worth watching. Casablanca is the best of 'em. I enjoyed Citizen Kane when I watched it first time - though I've never been able to watch it again with the same respect - I'm not quite sure why it so frequently appears as the best film of all time.

That's a bit bloody sweeping innit???

I don't like It's a Wonderful Life either.

I've never seen Mary Poppins (missed it yesterday again!) or Gone With the Wind or Lawrence of Arabia.

This has been a ThinBoy quality post

Is it worth watching tho?
Other than that my mind's gone blank.

im sure we could find something better than ET though.

Metropolis, or something similar to critique intellectually afterwards...
