Recently I sang the song Somewhere live at a performance, to show what positive things people with disabilities can achieve (or something like that). See what you think :)

I'm sorry about the beginning, I was so nervous and embarrassed  I wanted to introduce the song but the words wouldn't come :(

I didnt think I had a good voice :o I've heard that song on X Factor, BGT etc and wonder what S Cowell would say, I know its one of his favourites. Rhydian has sung it, and he's an excellent young singer :D

Well done grims! :thumb: A great song from a great movie, and not an easy one to sing, I imagine. Sounds fine to me.- I couldn't sing to save my life!

Thank you :yippee: It's hard sometimes for me to appreciate if I have a good voice or not, as I enjoy XF/BGT etc, and we all know what thats like :) Some of us think a singer is average, some excellent etc. I hadnt intended to create a kind of SuBo/Gareth Gates effect (not that I'm comparing myself in terms of voice of course!) but what I mean is that I thought the audience thought "Oh here we go" sort of thing and they werent expecting much (TBH I wasnt expecting me to sound like that) :D

But thank you for the nice words :squeeze:

I did have to practice quite a bit, but I don't think I've had any vocal training and I was still untrained as a singer.
Someone posted a mean comment on YT which upset me :stomp: :maduk:

YouTube is a great system, but the one thing which put me off it is the really stupid comments (obviously from stupid kids), which are posted. You Tube should delete them when they are offensive, but don't let it get to you grims - they're just bloody idiots who couldn't even think of doing what you did.

Spot on grims. Sadly there are people out there who get a kick out making those kind of comments, but they're the ones with the problem, not you. :thumb:
