And let's be clear: all those celebrities crying crocodile tears are doing it for their own publicity and promotion.

You're not suggesting that Sarah Michelle Gellar is not "one of his biggest fans" are you? :D

While i dont especially dispute your statement in the case of George Michael (I suspect lifestyle may have something to do with it) many people do suffer with heart problems for no reason whatsoever... Young fit people with no reason to suspect any heart conditions do occasionally drop dead. A couple of people who i went to school with died at young ages due to heart problems and one in particular was one of our schools 'athletes'.. A young fit kid who abstained from all the social temptations that sucked many of us in.. drink, smoking and the occasional line/pill and focused his life on sport and health, droped dead in about the year 2000 aged around 27. The other in fairness was a fat bird (nice lass though) who liked a bottle of vodka or two.

R.I.P to all of them... below 70 (at least) is no age to peg it.

Yes, quite a few fitness fanatics seem to die early. I suppose if you over do things regularly it has the same effect on the heart as being pilled up for 10 hours a day?

Yup, unless you're Keith Richards, moderation is the key. Everytime I see fitness fanatics, they look lean and mean but also look worn out

Goring on Thames Looks as though it will burn down tonight looking at the sheer amount of butt sized candles alight on the roads.

crumbs wrote:^ You're probably looking at very unfit people who are just starting out keeping fit. When you're exercising regularly you look very healthy and refreshed most of the time, compared to people who do very little exercise.

No I'm talking about people like physiotherpaists who have been at it for years

And remember, physiotherapists aren't into fitness themselves necessarily, so they can be fat, lazy bastards. You might be confusing them with personal trainers who have to be very fit.

I'm not confusing anyone. I can tell when someone is into extreme exercise

I rest my case :D :D :D

My Mum messaged me Christmas night about this, I was never a massive fan of his anyway but still  As said now it's all "Princess Diana", and Michael Jackson, folk posting all his videos all over the place.

I like to watch they post mortem programmes and almost all celebs are in "severe pain" and addicted to prescription strength painkillers, and usually a cocktail of anti depressants, so even if he was clean living now, it's obviously all took it's toll on his body.

As for fitness, I agree, i'm not as fit as I used to be but make sure I don't sit on my arse and still keep as fit as possible, but those, mainly who run constantly, look overly thin and tired, I know a few. I'm no fan of running and get bored after 2-3 miles, but if your ligaments and muscles aren't strong enough to support your hips and knees, you're fucked later in life. Also running can slacken muscles and tissues in the face causing it to sag however thin you may be, however a combination of different exercise can keep you looking and feeling healthier.

Now you mention Michael in the trio, the common theme behind them is Elton John.

Is there a new version of Cluedo out ? :chin:

It was claimed earlier that this was a 'happy' relationship.
Nobody would willingly have spent the night in a car on Christmas Eve.

I had forgotten about his sister, maybe she will be less likely to accept money from the gutter press for some 'facts' about the circumstances.

The local police are doing a bit more 'probing' into how, and who got the concoction of drugs into the house over the years. GBH is one of them, there's also the possibility of asphyxiation, self administered, or a deviant game going too far.

Was George face up, or down when he was found?
