It's a waste of time anyway. Even if the ISP's cut access to these sites all you need to do is go through an offshore proxy server to get round it.

As usual it will the innocent that get caught up in it, when sites are wrongly flagged as infringing copyright, while the hardcore downloaders will carry on as usual.

T'is a waste of time, it's human nature to share stuff with one another in some form. They tried it with cassette tapes and videos and they couldn't stop it back then - and they sure as hell won't stop it now.
