Does the BBC have any sort of 'report' system

I've come across many articles as of late where the title is either misleading, or the 'click' takes you to a completely different subject.

It is more often something to do with the 'entertainment' section but now I've found politics and local news to be similarly fucked up .

Is it for ratings or are their journalists and back room buddies in the website department complete fuckwits ?

Waste of time. They Have a program called Newswatch in which they claim to answer complaints and feedback about it's news, but it's bollocks. There needs to be a Newswatchwatch.
