So do I Recently I threw out a whole stash of hoarded carrier bags into a recycling bin and it felt quite cathartic. I went to a collecting exhibition at Carlisle museum several years ago. They had someone's collection of carrier bags strung all around the walls and across the ceiling, like Christmas decorations. There was also a cabinet with someone's massive collection of "My Little Pony" toys... Dinky toys... Badges... All kinds of stuff. It was actually all pretty interesting.

My sister collects dolls, she has them all over the house. A couple of years ago my daughter stayed at her house to look after the dog - they where on holiday - anyway i called round one night and everyone of them had a tea towel slung over their heads.Daughter said they looked evil and could`nt bear to have all those eyes following her around !

I am a collector of Disney pins. I have quite a large collection which is forever growing. I focus in particular on Disney theme parks and Mickey Mouse. There the truth is out.

You could get a lot on ebay for them, depending what they are. There is a huge worldwide market for them.

Mentioning the sick bags you collect, reminds me of a `ladies paper bag ` the ones that are sometimes in ladies loos to put `ladies things in them ` well my daughter brought one home from a loo in Germany and it had a Pistol motif on it. Why ?

This story in all the papers a couple of day ago, about a stamp collector who embezzled £70k to feed his stamp collecting habit Fanatical stamp collector steals £70,000 from churchesI am pretty sure I have that World Cup '66 stamp shown in the article... I have an old childhood album stored away somewhere with lots of old stamps that I inherited from a family friend - I think it's in there

I used to collect coffee jars. not different jars but the one's I'd used. Gold Blend. I collected hundreds of them in a few years. I took them down the bottle bank when I moved house though. The pointless collection was of it's time.
