Just finished Ben Elton's 'Two Bothers' where the son of secular Jews and the bastard son of a murdered Communist are brought up as twins in pre WWII Berlin :thumb:

Am now reading Margaret Drabble's 'Death in Holy Orders', an Adam Dalgliesh mystery.

Let them eat rich, expensive, funny-shaped, yellow, eggy buns.

I love history (fiction/non fiction) I love CJ Sansom books 'Shardlake' they are terrific set in Tudor times,Henry VIII,Matthew Shardlake is an investigator.

The descriptions of the times is fantastic you can almost smell the streets etc.

New book due out October so will be on my to read list.
