Couldn't forensics provide any leads to go on ?

If anyone is interested they're showing old episodes of 'The Bill' on Watch in the morning. They're up to the late 90's episodes at the moment.

Loved the bill yonks ago, used to watch the old stuff on Granada on cable. Fab stuff, never bothered though with modern setup etc. last time ( up to date stuff ) I watched it was the well known CID bloke that was bent ,well known character. Right old Essex boy. Scott will remember him.

That's it Scott!! Cheers. I liked that police woman that in real life gave up acting to become personal trainer! That was at the Don Beech time, was her name Julie?

Don Beech was one of several characters axed in 2000 when The Bill had a major revamp. The actor later appeared in EastEnders as gangster Johnny Allen between 2005 - 2006. He was killed off.

Yeah that's right but great character in Bill very, very believable cos he's a nasty bugger in real life! Aww another great chactern that was very nasty the inspector, very well known,he looked evil bugger!

Was it Burnside?

Scott Nelson wrote:He was brilliant in EastEnders. He bumped off Andy Hunter by pushing him over a motorway viaduct1 The whole thing was very Don Beech-style. Sadly, the bosses killed Johnny off after complaints about his violence :(

He was a nasty bugger in the bill.

One episode I hated was when June Ackland had fire at her flat her little cat was killed. :mad1: :( I couldn't watch the aftermath. :hmmm: too sad.

Hasn't he? The actor died now?
