Neighbours has been shown on Channel 5 since 2008 after the production company wanted more money off the BBC to screen it.

I haven't watched Neighbours since the Jim Robinson days.

Better than the bbc though. Actually Chan 5 is one of the better freeview channels. Channel 4 used to be the best now its a load of shite.

Channel 5 is now owned by Viacom which owns MTV and Nickelodeon. I don't watch a great of Channel 5 but it does show some good documentaries.

I like that it has family films Sunday afternoon and "blockbuster" films on a Sunday evening. Classic format that the other channels have forgotten. Just a shame they repeat the same films on all the 5 channels.
